Horrrible horrible customer service! I purchased from this company a lot. This last time I did not receive my package which said delivered. I get it wasn’t there fault but I contacted them in hopes that they cared for the customers. They were very unprofessional. Any other (Lash) company that I have dealt with I’ve never had this issue.  I do understand that the mail service could have lost my package. Or people lie about it not being delivered. But as a customer who has purchased from them a lot of times I felt like it was very unprofessional. I told him I did not receive it and that I will have to just dispute my card charge because I didn’t get it so they banned me from ordering from their site, blocked me on social media. This is very sad because as these were my favorite lashes and I often shared my experiences with them. I feel it could have been handled better. They don’t care about the people who order. They are just money hungry
